These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, as detailed on our website.
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us.

We will endeavour to respond to your email within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends or days that are bank holidays in England).
If we have to contact you we will do so by email at the email address you provided to us in your order.
3. Our Contract With You
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us (the “Contract”).
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this via email and will not charge you for the Product. This might be because the Product is out of stock or we have identified and error in the price or description.
We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. Please tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
4. Our Right To Make Changes
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images and packaging of the Products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products.
We may change the product:
To reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements
To implement improvements
These changes will not affect your use of the Product.
5. Product Information
Descriptions of our products are subject to change at anytime and without notice.
Prices of our products are subject to change at anytime and without notice.
We reserve the right to limit:
(i) The sales of our products to any persons, geographic region or jurisdiction.
(ii) The quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors or omissions that may relate to our product descriptions, product pricing, discount codes, delivery costs or product availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to change or update information, or cancel orders if any information on our website is inaccurate at any time and without prior notice, including after order submission.

Notwithstanding the different delivery options that are available to select, the dates stated are estimates only. We will deliver all Products within 30 days after we accept your order. Please contact us if goods are not received within 30 days.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.
If no one is available at your address to take or sign for the delivery, the delivery may be taken to a nearby post office or delivery office. We highly recommend supplying us with an address where someone can take receipt of the parcel.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
A Product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you gave. You own a Product once we have received payment in full.
We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the Products to you. If so, this will have been stated in the ordering process. We will not be responsible for supplying the Products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the correct information.
We currently only ship within the UK.
7. Your Right To End The Contract
Your rights when you end the Contract will depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it.
If what you have bought is faulty, damaged or not received you may have a legal right to end the Contract.
If you have just changed your mind about the Product, you may be able to get a refund if you contact us within 14 days from receipt of the Product. You will have to pay the costs of return of any Products.
If we are ending the Contract due to reasons detailed in 4.2, it will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any Products which have not been provided.
For most Products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the Products and receive a refund.
You do not have a right to change your mind if:
(i) Products have been opened after you receive them
(ii) Products are not in their original packaging
(iii) Products are returned to us damaged.
8. How To End The Contract With Us

Please provide your name, home address, email address, details of the order and order number.
If you end the Contract for any reason after Products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the Products within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the Contract.
When returning an order in the UK, please send them to: Island Glitter, Returns, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE
If you have changed your mind, you are responsible for return delivery costs.
If the products are damaged or faulty we will compensate you for delivery costs.
We will refund you the price you paid for the Products including any costs of return by the method you originally used for payment.
Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the Product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Product back to us.
In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.
We accept payment in GBP only.
Accepted payment methods will be detailed during the online ordering process.
You must pay for the Products before despatch.
If you think an invoice is wrong please contact us promptly to let us know.
10. Health & Safety
Due to the size of Island Glitter, care must be taken when applying close to the eyes or ears.
Island Glitter will not be held responsible for injury that occurs due to misuse. Refer to our application tips and if direct contact with your eyes or ears occurs which results in irritation, medical advice should be sought immediately.
Island Glitter is not a foodstuff and, though non-toxic, it should not be ingested for any reason.
Island Glitter is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children.
11. Changes To Our Terms & Conditions
We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Terms & Conditions and post it here on our Site. We encourage you to check back periodically to review these Terms & Conditions for any changes since your last visit.
12. Competition Terms
12.1 June 2019 Instagram Competition ~ Ibiza Bundle
(i) Prize is one Ibiza Bundle of 6 x 6g Island Glitters
(ii) Winner will be picked at random
(iii) Winner will be contacted via Instagram by 23rd June 2019
(iv) Open worldwide
(v) Prize will be shipped standard delivery
(vi) Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded
(vii) Competition not sponsored by or affiliated with Instagram
(viii) Competition closes 11:59BST 21st June 2019 - any entries after this time won’t be counted
(ix) Restricted to one entry per person/Instagram account
